Just for the record, I don’t like the visual impact of these towering power poles upon the landscape.
It has forever change the view along the Hwy 52 corridor I travel. I don’t know what the alternative is though…solar panels everywhere?
Yeah, I know. Solar panels are coming, too. Just read a story in the Faribault paper yesterday about all of the planned solar gardens. Even had someone knocking on my door recently trying to pressure me into signing up for a solar power discount or something through utility. His sales pitch was unclear and, when he couldn’t offer me any written info or even a business card, my mistrust of him rose significantly.
