Where is this? I would love to know….not that I’d try to get arrested of course. 🙂
In St. Paul by the Capital Building. It is in regards to the light-rail. There is a high-wall corridor just down the way; you don’t want to walk down into that corridor.
One of these days, I will have to return to Saint Paul to ride the train. I grew up in the Selby-Lexington neighborhood and had a paper route along University. Needless to say, it has changed a lot over the years.
I was wondering the same as Almost Iowa. Definitely can’t miss that sign.
