I’ve noticed “no loitering” signs in many of the building shots you’ve published. Apparently common in some parts of St. Paul? Also, is that wire across the windows?
There seems to be a lot of loitering around St. Paul in some areas.
LOL – I go by this all the time and keep thinking there is a photo there, but never actually stopped to take one. I enjoy your straightforward take on ordinary places like this.
