Oh, the stories these folks could tell. Why are the waiting? Where are they going? What are they thinking? What stories do they hold?
This was a really interesting setting that I spied unfolding as I progressed done the street adjacent to Rice Park in St. Paul. The gentleman in the middle was chuckling to himself seemingly entertained by the expression on the other gentleman’s face. It continually amazes me as to what can transpire in only a few seconds.
