What an amazing encounter!! Great photo!
They are thick around these parts. On our hour total drive time round trip to my cousin’s farm we saw several hundred. Their comeback has been very successful. This just struck me a plain funny. I’ve never seen wild turkeys holding up traffic.
They really are magnificent birds. There are a couple of flocks around here and they seem to delight in holding up traffic!
They are magical and for some odd reason they do not seem to be fearful of cars, which I do not understand.
