Seeing a field like this always draws this thought/comment from this farm girl: “What’s he growing, weeds or beans?”
And, yes, I learned that from my farmer dad.
I have a similar reaction as Audrey…I want to get out in the field, while everything was still green and cut out the corn and the big weeds growing there. We did that as kids to earn a little money for the State Fair…our only “vacation.” Thanks for the memories.
