Yes, that is definitely the definition of Torn Up!!! I know the frustration of living downtown, as I lived there for 15 years before I “moved up” to the Cathedral area! Your pictures so often are right in my neighborhood…and I am familiar with Hwy 52, also. Thanks, I look forward each day to your posts!

Yeeks. Haven’t been downtown in a bit (well, haven’t really been around much) and had no idea. Seems impossible to escape road construction this year, tho like Audrey says, the all the rain hasn’t helped!
